Resource efficient and cleaner production

Enterprises and other organisations that adopt RECP “do more with less": they increase the efficiency with which they use materials and energy, they improve their productivity and thus their competitiveness, and they reduce the amount of pollution and waste that they generate. EaP GREEN aims to identify, train and coach national experts in RECP methods and applications, as well as in supportive management/entrepreneurship topics; raise awareness and improve the understanding of RECP opportunities and benefits at the national and regional levels among enterprises, government and civil society; and improve resource productivity and environmental performance through demonstrating RECP in enterprises and other national organisations. Demonstration projects are an important part of the programme.
